Conference Registration Guidelines

Registration Deadline: 20ᵗʰ July 2026

The presenting author of accepted papers must register using the online form on or before the deadline to include the paper(s) in the conference abstract book or proceedings.

Presenting authors who fail to register online by the deadline will not be allowed to present at the conference.

Co-authors are required to register before the deadline if they are attending the conference.

04

Conference packs and certificates will be issued only to authors who register on or before the deadline.

Detailed Category Information

Presenting Author (Local):

● Includes: One certificate, conference pack, meals & refreshments (on presentation day).

Presenting Author (Multiple Papers):

● One person can submit a maximum of three (03) abstracts where multiple authors are present. Only one certificate for the presenting author, together with the names of multiple co-authors, will be given at the conference.

● If co-authors need an extra copy of the certificates of presentation of the abstracts, Rs. 500 will be charged per copy.

Foreign Presenting Author (Onsite):

●Includes: One certificate, conference pack, meals & refreshments.
●Extra certificates will be provided in electronic format (e-certificates)

Co-Author(s):

● Co-authors can register under the observer category.
● Registration includes participation certificate, Co-author presentation certificates, meals & refreshments, and other conference benefits.
● Non-attending co-authors can request certificates via the presenting author; however, Rs. 500 will be charged for each certificate.

Important Notice: The organizing committee advises participants to register well ahead of the date. On-site registration will not be facilitated due to strict logistical limitations.

Local and International Police Officers are exempt from registration fees.
